GROUP TRAINING MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
Schedule: Monday, Thursday and Friday evening from 7pm - 9pm
Duration: 2 hours per session
Access to our full court basketball court, speed testers, weight equipment, cones, agility ladders, bungees, and a variety of conditioning tools.
